A versatile tool for training athletes of all levels, used folded or flat.

The JS Dive Mat is constructed of closed cell foam to prevent absorbing water. Use it on the ground as a dry-land diving board station to teach and refine approaches or perform rolls and jumps. Turn it on its side for plyometrics and jump drills. Open it on the board for rolling drills and line-ups. Hang the red flap off the end of the board to serve as a target for spotting and a pad for the divers. Leave it folded on the board to assist beginners on back line-ups and back dives. It even works floating under the board as a spotting target.

The mat size is 2' x 6' with either a thickness of 1-3/8" or 2". Folded mat dimensions are 2’W x 4’L x 6” or 8” thick depending on model.

All mats have connection Velcro on each 2' end.  Velcro on the sides is optional with an additional charge.  Full-length Velcro sides help make the mat connectable for drills.

Standard mat colors are blue on three panels and the fourth panel is divided into yellow and red.

MAT IS SLIPPERY WHEN WET AND NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR FORWARD APPROACHES ON THE  BOARD.
